| Request original documentation from Avenue media, the show secretariat:( It is possible to download a facsimile copies of the required documents by clicking on the box "Application Form"). The organiser reserves the right to decide to which product category the applicant company belongs. | ||

| A - Exhibition Application Form: A contract which indicates registration fees. All sections must be filled in by those intending to exhibit at the show. The first two original copies must be duly filled in, stamped and signed in acceptance of the conditions, and returned to Avenue media s.r.l. by post or courier. Payment of the corresponding deposit must also accompany the completed applicarion form. |

| B - General conditions of participation The General Conditions of partecipation in Pasta Trend. The duly stamped and signed original document must be returned to Avenue media srl along whit the completed Application Form since it is an integral part of the contract. Application will be considered null and void if unaccompanied by a copy of the General Conditions of Partecipation. |

| Once registered to exhibit, you should proceed to download the Exhibition Techinical Regulations. In the Forms Booklet, you will find the forms to request various services/supplies, ( electricity, water, phone line, etc..) Form must be sent by the indicated deadlines and contact details must be provided at the bottom of each form. |
